FIRST - When you place an order on our website we all do a little happy dance.
SECOND - We send your order straight to our design team who then starts to prepare the artwork for printing.
THIRD -We begin our unique process of printing and production for your items. We ask that you allow us 5-7 days to produce your item and make it perfect.
This DOES NOT include the shipping time (actual transit time). Production time is from when we receive the order to when we physically produce the item and get it ready to leave our facility.

Yes, we can in most cases accommodate rush orders. Please select rush order from the dropdown menu and add it to your order.
No, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on personalized merchandise.
We ask that you email us at sales@girlsloveamonogram.com or call/text us within at least 7 days of receiving your order. We will then expedite and re-make your order immediately.
Our production time without a rush order is 5-7 business days. This does not include the shipping transit times. Priority Shipping transit times begin when the item is physically received by the USPS. Once they pick it up we no longer have control of your itms.
