What if my items are damaged or the customization is wrong?
We ask that you email us at sales@girlsloveamonogram.com or call/text us within at least 7 days of receiving your order. We will then expedite and re-make your order immediately.
I paid for Priority Shipping 2 days ago why hasn't my package shipped?
Our production time without a rush order is 5-7 business days. This does not include the shipping transit times. Priority Shipping transit times begin when the item is physically received by the USPS. Once they pick it up we no longer have control of your itms.
