Return Policy For Personalized and Non Personalized Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any personalized items, as we are unable to resell them. If you have a damaged, incorrect, or defective item please let us know within 5 business days and we will re-create your order immediately.  

We DO NOT accept returns if we are NOT contacted first via email or text. 

All Sales are Final on Seasonal Items.  If an item doesn't fit we will exchange it for another size or accept a return for a store credit.
