All our bib and burp cloths are printed and pressed in our printing studio located in New Orleans, Louisiana. We personally look and check each and every order before it leaves our facility to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition. From time to time due to human error we may make a misspelling or a design mistake. If you do have a problem with your order, we are very responsive and are happy to fix our mistakes and get them quickly re shipped out to you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any personalized items, as we are unable to resell them. If you have a damaged, incorrect, or defective item please let us know within 5 business days and we will re-create your order immediately.
