How to order your custom tea towel

- Approve the artwork. It appears on screen in about a minute. Try again free until it is right.
- We print and ship in 1–2 business days.
Drawn for the way a towel is hung
Most kitchen towels spend their life folded in thirds over an oven handle, so two thirds of the design is never seen. Yours is drawn with that in mind.
The pattern runs to every edge, and anything that has to be read — a name, a date, a recipe — sits in the middle third that still shows when it is hanging.

Questions about custom kitchen towels
Can you copy handwriting?
Yes. Send a clear photo of it and say you want it kept exactly as written. A handwritten recipe is one of the most requested things we make.
Will the design still show when it is hanging?
Yes. Anything meant to be read is placed in the middle of the towel, which is the part facing out when it is folded over a handle.
Can I order several different ones?
Yes. Make one, add it to your cart, then start again. Each is drawn separately.
Can I see the design before I pay?
Yes. Your artwork appears on screen before anything goes in your cart.
How long does it take to arrive?
We make it in 1–2 business days in our Louisiana studio, then it ships.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any personalized items, as we are unable to resell them. If you have a damaged, incorrect, or defective item please let us know within 5 business days and we will re-create your order immediately.
We DO NOT accept returns if we are NOT contacted first via email or text.
All Sales are Final on Seasonal Items. If an item doesn't fit we will exchange it for another size or accept a return for a store credit.
