Girls Love A Monogram uses UPS Ground and USPS as our shipping carriers. Please see below for transit times for UPS Ground. This map is based on our shipping Zip Code. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any personalized items, as we are unable to resell them. If you have a damaged, incorrect, or defective item please let us know within 5 business days and we will re-create your order immediately.  

We DO NOT accept returns if we are NOT contacted first via email or text. 

All Sales are Final on Seasonal Items.  If an item doesn't fit we will exchange it for another size or accept a return for a store credit.
