You personalize two things: their photo and their first name. Everything else — the dinosaur, the gear, the world around them — is drawn to match, composed tall and bold so it reads from across the water.

What kind of photo works best?
A clear, close-up photo with their face to the camera, good light and a plain background. A good phone photo is perfect. The clearer the photo, the more it will look like them.
Will it really look like them?
That is the whole point, and it is why you see the artwork before you buy. They are drawn as a character rather than copied exactly, so the face, hair and smile are theirs while the style is the one you picked.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. The design appears on screen before anything goes in your cart, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any personalized items, as we are unable to resell them. If you have a damaged, incorrect, or defective item please let us know within 5 business days and we will re-create your order immediately.
We DO NOT accept returns if we are NOT contacted first via email or text.
All Sales are Final on Seasonal Items. If an item doesn't fit we will exchange it for another size or accept a return for a store credit.
