You personalize two things: her photo and her first name. Everything else — her tail, her shells, the water around her — is drawn to match, composed tall and bold so it reads from across the pool.

What kind of photo works best?
A clear, close-up photo with her face to the camera, good light and a plain background. A good phone photo is perfect. The clearer the photo, the more it will look like her.
Will it really look like her?
That is the whole point, and it is why you see her artwork before you buy. She is drawn as an animated character rather than copied exactly, so her face, hair and smile are hers while the style is a fairytale.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Her design appears on screen before anything goes in your cart, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any personalized items, as we are unable to resell them. If you have a damaged, incorrect, or defective item please let us know within 5 business days and we will re-create your order immediately.
We DO NOT accept returns if we are NOT contacted first via email or text.
