Every blanket is sublimation printed and finished by hand in our Metairie studio on our own equipment. That is why we can promise days instead of weeks, and why we can stand behind how it looks when it reaches you.

Questions about your personalized mermaid blanket

What kind of photo works best?
A clear, close-up photo with her face to the camera, good light and a plain background. A good phone photo is perfect. The clearer the photo, the more the blanket will look like her.

Will it really look like her?
That is the whole point, and it is why you see her artwork before you buy. She is drawn as an animated character rather than copied exactly, so her face, hair and smile are hers while the world is a fairytale. If the first one is not right, make another at no cost.

Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Her design appears on screen before anything goes in your cart, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

How fast will it arrive?
We make it in 1–2 business days in our own Louisiana studio, then it ships.

Is this a good keepsake gift?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any personalized items, as we are unable to resell them. If you have a damaged, incorrect, or defective item please let us know within 5 business days and we will re-create your order immediately.

We DO NOT accept returns if we are NOT contacted first via email or text.

All Sales are Final on Seasonal Items. If an item doesn't fit we will exchange it for another size or accept a return for a store credit.
